All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.
Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

Fantastic hosting company, building has great amenities including parking and fitness center. The area felt very safe and there’s so much to do right nearby. Neighbors were all very friendly. Dogs were welcomed by everyone in the building. Best AirBnB experience was spent at this stay.

Perfect place! I felt comfortable and completely at home. Enjoyed the pool, gym, and lounge area. Fantastic location for enjoying downtown Raleigh. Fantastic and flexible hosts! Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful stay at The Lincoln through Vibe property management. I stayed for over 3 months and the unit had everything I needed and was exactly as pictured. Location is ideal, walkable to all of downtown’s restaurants, parks, and bars. Overall would highly recommend!
