All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

Clearly well maintained, clean place! Great location as well
.
Amazing location and easy place, only downside for me was that the bed was so soft i couldn’t sleep but that’s a personal preference. Thank you for having me!
The apartment, location, and communication with staff were all very good. I would return again. The only issue was a backed up sink and plumbing leak that was apparently an issue with the building itself. It became a major problem, but the staff were very responsive in trying to take care of it.
My needs were extremely simple- home base to come back to at night, that had a bed and a couch. I didn’t even need a kitchen. This apartment did exactly that. It’s in a great location in the upper east side, 3 blocks from the Q. The apartment is quiet and is up only a half flight of stairs. I stayed in the winter and experienced two primary problems- the first is the wifi, which just constantly cuts in and out. Shows buffer once every 2-3 minutes. Video calls hang. It’s extremely annoying. The second is the heat. Like all old New York apartments, the radiator will absolutely bake the place in winter. So you’ll both freeze and boil at night at the same time. Finally, the price. With taxes, fees, Airbnb’s cut, etc. it came out to $4500 for a month, which is steep for an apartment that can’t be more than 250 square feet. I’d stay here again but I’d probably look for another place first to see if there was a better deal out there rather than blindly booking it again.
The place was very nice, the building is a little old but it’s in a very lively area! The restaurants there are really good and the closest Q train is very safe, clean, and well lit. The apartment is a little smaller than I expected, but I think most apartments in Manhattan tend to be like that.
I stayed in the apartment for the entire month of August 2025. The place is small but functional (exactly as shown in the photos) and well-equipped. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, with several supermarkets and all essential services just a short walk away. Everything was perfect, but unfortunately there were two issues. When I arrived for check-in, the keys were not in the lockbox as they told me. I was locked out for about an hour and had to wait until the housekeeper came to let me in. Secondly, while the apartment itself is very quiet, I could hear doors slamming and people talking loudly in the stairwell even during the night.
I spent three months in the apartment and felt very comfortable. Requests were responded to quickly.
I really enjoyed my stay. The location was great and the apartment was clean. It’s also surprisingly quiet given the location. The host was also really easy to communicate with and I had no issues checking in or out.
The room is small, but I really liked the cleanliness. It's exactly like the picture! Also, they responded and processed several of my requests quickly. It's located in the Upper East, so it's safe. It's close to the Q subway line, which is also an advantage. Since I only use the Q line, it's better for long-term stays than short-term stays. However, if you go from the Upper East to 3rd Avenue, it'll be a little more sophisticated, so if you expect that kind of atmosphere, the price range will probably go up. The host is very kind!
Great place and location
Great location with washer dryer which is a huge plus!
Great location. Excellent communication. Just an overall top notch experience. Thank you.
