All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.
Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of NYC! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming 2 bed located at 28 St and 2nd Ave, for 2 months and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The 2 queen-sized beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette made it easy to prepare light meals and enjoy my morning coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a huge plus for me as I needed to get some work done. The location couldn't be better! It was just a 20 -30 mins walk to Times Square and Central Park, with plenty of dining options nearby. The subway station was only a few blocks away, making it super convenient to explore the rest of the city. The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in, which made the process seamless. They were also very responsive and available whenever I needed them . Thank you for hosting me .
Good location by NY market
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We initially had a disaster with Air BnB on our arrival in Manhattan. USA Stays came to our rescue and I have to say they went out of their way to help us out. Their friendly empathetic and even enthusiastic way they treated us and our stay was outstanding. Darren was in Aussie wording "A top bloke!!" He found us an apartment when we weren't happy with the standard of the first and this apartment in East 28th st was our saving! It was on the 4th floor so stairs to walk up n down every day and carry our 20kg suitcases up also. If you have difficulty with thatthen tthis place is not for you. The apartment was clean and for New York standards was very good. Small bedrooms, and admittedly not much space to put suitcases but was adequate. Bathroom was of high standard, kitchen tiny and no bench space but we managed to cook breakfast every day. If I might suggest as we have stayed in many different style accommodations around the world, the little extra things really count. EG,extra toilet rolls,a box of tissues, hand soap, detergent to wash dishes, a clean dish sponge for every new set of guests, good quality linen and washed bedding every time a new guest stays, thui is extremely important for hygiene. A clothes airer to put wet washing out to dry, an iron would have been terrific. We had a conference 2 days running and not one laundry around had an iron facility. Complimentary tea and coffee.. etc...another suggestion would be to toss out the old air coolers that are taking up space in the bedrooms on the floor.. very unattractive indeed! This may certainly provide you with a very high standard of accommodation and your company will get excellent reviews and word of mouth referrals. We thoroughly enjoyed our New York stay and would recommend thus apartment if you like the bustle and noise of the Kips Bay Area. Personally if I stayed in New York again it would be Upper East or Brooklyn Heights(quieter big streets trees and very stylish vibe).
Great stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, and the location is also excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the 6 line. It's a very nice neighborhood with great restaurants and bars, and a Target is only a minute away. The hosts were always super responsive and helpful. For a flexible 2-bedroom apartment in Manhattan, it’s a pretty good deal. You can even see the Empire State Building if you lean out of the window a bit.
