All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.
Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

Overall, I’d give it a 5 star. It was great and I would stay here again! Some things to note- The kitchen was my favorite as far as appliances and basics. No extras but what was there was perfect. The space was perfect for a 2 bed and redone well. Washer/dryer was a huge upgrade plus. The water pitcher in the fridge didn’t work and they do not provide toilet paper but do provide shampoo. Had to buy waters and toilet paper and they did not fix the pitcher during my stay, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The in complex dog park was a huge huge bonus with my service dog. The complex had a closed road for construction sign so hard to find the gate but no issue after. The area is hood adjacent but the gate made the space feel safe. I’m from Memphis, so not a lot phases me. However, my friend in Durham was leary. It is walking distance to mezcalita (margs) and ponysaurace (beer) but is in east Durham so walking during the day cool, but maybe uber back at night. I would def stay here again.

I loved the interior decoration and cozy beds. The location made walking to downtown easy. We had a great stay.
We had a pleasant stay at The Vibe on Durham IV. The space was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and the host provided clear check-in instructions. We used the keyless entry for the entire stay and never needed the key box, which made things easy. The only drawback was the outside construction, which occasionally made things a bit noisy, but overall the stay met our needs during a very important time. While here, my mother was officially listed and received her donor for a double lung transplant — an unforgettable moment for our family. We’re truly grateful for the space and the service provided during such a meaningful chapter in our lives. Thank you again for your hospitality.
