All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.
Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

The unit was neat and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and it had new appliances. Bathroom was clean and stocked with bath items and towels. We were in Durham for my daughter’s graduation. It was very close to downtown—walkable—and close to restaurants and entertainment. It was exactly as described. It had a keyless entry and a gated parking lot. Beds were comfortable and linens were very nice. Checkout instructions were clear and easy. Thank you, Vibe! 😊
Needing a last minute place to stay for a weekend in town, couldn't beat the location and price.
Everything was nice.
The apartment was clean and well furnished. Beds were really comfy. All utensils were furnished…although I did have to purchase a baking sheet. There were issues with the bathroom ceiling leaking from upstairs which we put a work order in for because the ceiling was peeling. It was never fixed in the 4 months of stay. Also put a work order for the water filter to fridge when I first got there and it was never replaced. Other than that, enjoyed my stay although the price could be a little less for the area.

Exactly as shown in the pictures. very modern and comfortable. The complex feels safe with gated entrance with code.
The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and accurately described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and the gated property definitely added a sense of security. That said, the surrounding area was disappointing compared to the price point. During my stay, I noticed visible homelessness nearby and even witnessed some concerning activity while driving through the neighborhood. While I never felt directly unsafe, the environment outside the gates didn’t reflect what I’d expect for a stay costing around $3,000. Overall: The home itself is as advertised — clean, inviting, and secure — but travelers should be aware that the neighborhood quality doesn’t match the premium pricing.
