All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.
Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

The stay was outstanding. Very nice, very clean, well-stocked, great location and communication with our host could not have been easier. If you are going to be in the area and are trying to figure out where to stay - no question, this is your spot. Should we be back in the area again, there is no place we would rather go.
I had to get a local place quick, and this little apartment was perfect! Very clean, quiet, and safe. Close to a lot of shopping and food. Perfect for locals and visitors to the area alike!
This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.
The accommodation is well equipped, it could be perfect with a electric fryer, but it has everything that you need to stay for 30 days comfortable. The apartment was organized, parking is easier. The unit is in good shape. The condo is great, lot of nature around the unit, the mailroom works fine. The cleaning was okay, nothing extraordinary. The location is very convenient and accessible. We had great timing there. The staff team is responsible. Thanks
Wonderful to stay in for the week with our 2 year old for treatment at UNC. The entire apartment was immaculate and completely stocked with full size cleaning supplies, washer/dryer/dishwasher supplies, brand new bedding, towels, full size bathroom amenities, hairdryer, vacuum, & iron/board. The kitchenware was amazing to have on site and we had everything we needed to cook a meal. This was so extremely helpful and felt like home away from home. We felt very clean, safe and comfortable staying here with our son. Condo is close to all shopping/food and 15 mins max to chapel hill. Pool, gym and the grounds were all immaculate. Free on site garbage pick up & front door parking sealed the deal for us. We highly recommend and would come back again. Thank you!
